Dear Residents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the Handing Over and Taking Over (HOTO<\/strong>) process, the Anugraha Apartment Owners\u2019 Association (AAOA)<\/strong> has been actively engaging with various service providers to gather critical information for evaluating vendors who will serve our community post-HOTO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vendor categories under consideration include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Housekeeping<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. STP & WTP (including Swimming Pool)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Gardening<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Electricity & Plumbing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. MyGate \/ Adda (community management solutions)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) \u2013 Lift, DG, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. ELMeasure (energy management systems)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Garbage Collection and BBMP Approval<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. GAIL Gas<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Water Supply (Tankers and Other Sources)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. HOTO Advisory Consulting Firms<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Legal Consultant<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Financial Auditor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Documentation Team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We have successfully connected with different vendors so far, some of whom have already visited the site and shared detailed service proposals and quotations. <\/strong>The AAOA, along with the respective sub-committees, is diligently reviewing these inputs to ensure we select the most suitable service providers for our community’s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We will continue to keep you informed as we progress further in this important activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
