Dear Anugraha Residents,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to inform you that, as previously announced, the Anugraha Apartment Owners Association (AAOA)<\/strong> has officially taken over the maintenance services<\/strong> of our apartment complex starting 1st April 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this transition, all maintenance teams \u2013 including Security, Housekeeping, Plumbing, and Electrical<\/strong> \u2013 will now report directly to the AAOA. Our Association Office will continue to operate from Tower 8, Basement 1<\/strong>, and has been strengthened with additional staff<\/strong> to support residents effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are also delighted to announce the onboarding of new vendors<\/strong> to enhance our community’s maintenance and security services<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the coming days, we will also share helpdesk contact numbers and an escalation matrix to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
