Key protections secured for residents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unsold flats billed at <strong>\u20b92.75\/sqft<\/strong> (down from the unauthorized \u20b93.60\/sqft billed by previous AAOA without any agreement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sattva<\/strong> must take <strong>NOC from AAOA<\/strong> before handing over any flat to new residents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If flat handed over without AAOA NOC, <strong>AAOA can restrict entry<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sattva faces <strong>18% interest penalty<\/strong> if CAM dues on unsold flats are not paid within 30 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sattva is liable to pay <strong>fixed electricity charges<\/strong> on all unsold flats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phase 2 maintenance was successfully brought under AAOA from Sattva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Status: AAOA<\/strong> recovered approx. <strong>\u20b91.5 Crores<\/strong> of pending dues from Sattva. Remaining \u20b92+ Crores dispute is under civil litigation.
