The Anugraha Apartment Owners’ Association (AAOA) has consistently reached out to Sattva Management regarding the ongoing issues and the initiation of the Handing Over and Taking Over (HOTO) process. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory resolution or response from Sattva Management.
To address these concerns, the following communication has been sent to Mr. P.K. Mishra. We urge all residents to support the association in these efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of our community and the resolution of critical issues.

This is to bring to your attention that,
All the residents of Anugraha are utterly disappointed for the following issues;
1. The behaviour of the facility staff.
2. The existing facility are failing to address the complaint raised by the residents of:
3. Plumbing,
4. recurring electrical Power issues, DG Issues,
5. lack of Security,
6. Water Quality,
7. Scarcity of Water,
8. STP issue,
9. WTP Issues,
10. Visitors Parking Issues
11. Lack of maintenance of the club house. etc.
In further you have also have failed to acknowledge our email dated 29th October 2024, regarding requesting you and your team for the smooth transition of HOTO (Handing Over taking Over), We the Anugraha Apartment owners Association here by unanimously decided to, as the builder is failing to address the basic needs of the residents and as it is the responsibility of the Association, shall take the following measures:
1. To Direct all, forthwith, the “residents not not pay any maintenance to the builder” i.e., you.
2. To forthwith, direct all the residents to “pay maintenance to the Association”.
3. As you have failed to come forward for a smooth transition of HOTO, we have decided to take over the entire apartment under our control by forcing your existing team to exit on 01.12.2024.
4. We have also decided to conduct a strike near the marketing office on 01.12.2024 between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM till you vacate the Anugraha Premises with the help of the media, social media, police and also post the same in our official social media.
5. To initiate appropriate proceedings before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Karnataka.
