Meeting Update: Key Discussion Points with the Builder

We recently concluded a meeting with the builder to discuss several critical issues impacting our Anugraha Apartment community. Below are the key points that were addressed during the meeting. A detailed Minutes of the Meeting (MoM) will be shared shortly for your reference.

Agenda Items Discussed:

  1. Cauvery Water Supply:
    • Reviewed the current status and reliability of the Cauvery water supply.
  2. HT/LT, DG, Frequent Power Disruptions, and Elmeasure:
    • Addressed ongoing issues with high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) power lines.
    • Discussed frequent power disruptions and the performance of the diesel generator (DG) set.
    • Reviewed the functioning and accuracy of the Elmeasure systems.
  3. Amenities in Maintenance:
    • Evaluated the current state of amenities and maintenance services.
    • Identified areas requiring immediate attention and improvement.
  4. Water Hardness/TDS Issue:
    • Discussed concerns related to water hardness and total dissolved solids (TDS).
    • Explored potential solutions or treatments to improve water quality.
  5. HOTO/Corpus Fund Transfer with Interest:
    • Reviewed the Handing Over-Taking Over (HOTO) process.
    • Discussed the transfer of the corpus fund along with accrued interest.
  6. Security Lapses, Visitor Car Parking, Non-Allotment of Car Parking:
    • Addressed security lapses and concerns.
    • Discussed issues related to visitor car parking and the non-allotment of parking spaces for residents.
  7. Seepage/Leakage Issues:
    • Identified seepage and leakage problems within the property.
    • Explored potential solutions for repair and prevention.
  8. Borewell Status – Registration of Borewells from Commercial to Domestic:
    • Reviewed the status of borewells and their registration.
    • Discussed the process of transitioning borewells from commercial to domestic use.
  9. Gail Gas Connection and Service Issues:
