Letters and receipts to be shared with AAOA. HT/LT Conversion: Sattva rejected conversion; AAOA to discuss further. DG programming updated; power issues being investigated. Elmeasure Billing Issues: Billing concerns raised; timely and detailed bills promised. Agreement between Sattva and Elmeasure to be shared. Amenities Maintenance: Deadlines for fixes provided; updates to be shared with residents. Water Hardness: Hardness checked every 3 months; reports to be shared. AAOA to seek expert advice. HOTO & Corpus Fund: AAOA will request HOTO process initiation and corpus fund transfer. Security Lapses: Security team instructed to follow guidelines. Check-in/out enforcement discussed. Visitor Parking: Illegal parking issue raised; visitor parking to be allocated by Oct 5, 2024. Borewell Conversion: 2 of 5 borewells operational; conversion assessment underway. GAIL Gas Connection: Completion expected by Sept 2024; GAIL helpdesk to be set up at Anugraha. Helpdesk Contact: Additional helpdesk mobile number to be procured. Buggy Availability: Buggy will be operational by end of Sept 2024 after servicing. Seepage/Leakage: Genuine cases to be addressed by facilities team; grouting/pipeline issues excluded. 2 | Ganesh Festival Celebration | Celebrated Ganesha Chaturthi celebration from 11-Sep-2024 to 15-Sep-2024. The participation from our residents has been overwhelming, with so many of you joining in every aspect of the celebration—from the cultural programs to the rituals, processions, and more. 3 | Launching of AAOA Website https://aaoa.in/ | Launched a dedicated website https://aaoa.in/, designed to enhance communication, transparency, and engagement within our community. The AAOA website will serve as a centralized hub for all information related to our apartment community, providing residents with easy access to important updates, event details, and association resources. 4 | AAOA – Resident Meeting | The AAOA held its first meeting with residents, where we presented completed activities, ongoing projects, and future initiatives. 5 | Meeting with Facilities Team post the resident meeting | Discussion Points and Action Deadlines: STP Smell Issues: The foul smell from the STP plant was raised as a major concern. The facilities team assured that this will be resolved within the next 3 days. Gym Equipment: It was confirmed that a purchase order (PO) has already been raised for repairing or replacing faulty gym equipment. The team has committed to resolving this issue within one week. Bowling Alley: All functions of the bowling alley are operational, except for the scoring system, which will be repaired in a week. Jacuzzi: The team has committed to making both the jacuzzies operational within 15 days. Security Issues: Concerns regarding security personnel’s availability and inadequate checking during night hours were raised. The facilities team will take corrective actions to ensure proper security measures are in place. Lift Incident: The incident where a resident was stuck in the lift for over 45 minutes was discussed. Currently, the intercom is connected only to the respective tower’s reception lobby. The feasibility of connecting the intercom to the security office for better monitoring and faster response times will be explored. Parking Allocation: The team confirmed that parking slot allocations, including visitor parking, will be completed within one week.
