We are pleased to inform you that the Anugraha Apartment Owners’ Association (AAOA) held a productive meeting with the Sattva Management team today, 13th December 2024, at their head office, Sattva Windsor. The meeting took place between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and focused on addressing several critical aspects related to our community’s operations and improvements.

Agenda Points Discussed

The following key topics were covered during the meeting:

  1. Cauvery Water Connection:
    • Discussed the current status and the steps required to expedite the process of securing a Cauvery water connection for our community.
  2. Reduction of Maintenance Charges:
    • Discussed concerns raised by residents regarding the high maintenance fees.
  3. Initiation of the HOTO (Handing Over and Taking Over) Process:
    • Highlighted the importance of initiating the HOTO process to ensure a seamless transfer of responsibilities and accountability.
    • Discussed documentation and legal requirements to formalize this transition.
  4. Implementation of Rules and Regulations:
    • Discussed various community rules and regulations to be implemented to enhance governance and ensure a harmonious living environment.
  5. HT-LT Conversion:
    • Discussed the technical and financial aspects of converting the High Tension (HT) power supply to Low Tension (LT) for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
  6. ELMeasure Issues:
    • Discussed the ongoing issues with the ELMeasure system, including discrepancies in readings, billing and frequent power disruption.
    • Requested Sattva to provide technical support to resolve these challenges promptly.
  7. Amenities, Security, and Parking:
    • Amenities: Raised concerns about the upkeep and maintenance of common amenities, including the clubhouse, gym, and children’s play areas. Proposed a regular maintenance schedule and upgrades where needed.
    • Security: Discussed enhancing security measures, such as upgrading CCTV systems, increasing security personnel, and improving visitor management protocols.
    • Parking: Highlighted issues related to parking allocation, unauthorized parking, and ensuring compliance with designated parking rules.
  8. GAIL Gas Connection:
    • Raised the issue of incomplete GAIL gas connections in certain towers.
    • Strongly urged Sattva to expedite the completion process and ensure all pending connections are operational at the earliest.
