Dear Residents,
We would like to share an important update regarding the Cauvery Water Connection for our apartment. After continuous follow-ups with Sattva Senior Management, we have received an update dated December 18, 2024.
Sattva has informed us that despite their repeated efforts, they were unable to secure road-cutting permission from the BBMP. As a result, Sattva management has decided to file a Writ Petition in the Honorable High Court on December 18, 2024. For your reference, the acknowledgment of the petition (WP No. 34777/2024) is attached to this message.
We want to emphasize that this decision to file the writ petition is entirely Sattva’s, and the Anugraha Apartment Owners Association is not directly involved in this legal action. Our role has been to consistently push Sattva to expedite the process of providing the Cauvery water connection to our community.
We will keep you informed about any further updates or progress on this matter.
