Dear Anugraha Residents,
We are pleased to inform you that, as previously announced, the Anugraha Apartment Owners Association (AAOA) has officially taken over the maintenance services of our apartment complex starting 1st April 2025.
As part of this transition, all maintenance teams – including Security, Housekeeping, Plumbing, and Electrical – will now report directly to the AAOA. Our Association Office will continue to operate from Tower 8, Basement 1, and has been strengthened with additional staff to support residents effectively.
We are also delighted to announce the onboarding of new vendors to enhance our community’s maintenance and security services:

In the coming days, we will also share helpdesk contact numbers and an escalation matrix to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of issues.
