We’re thrilled to share a positive update with you! As discussed during our Special General Body Meeting (SGM), we committed to revising maintenance charges effective April 1st. After careful consideration, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve finalized the charges at ₹3.60 per square foot – a competitive rate within the projected range of ₹3.50 to ₹3.75!
The maintenance bill for the quarter April–June 2025 has been generated for Phase 1.
You can view your invoice in the MyGate App by navigating to:
Community → Community Actions → Society Dues tab.
We kindly request you to make the payment on or before the due date to avoid any late charges.
