The Anugraha Apartment Owners Association has decided that the HOTO (Handing Over and Taking Over) procedure must begin immediately and be completed as soon as possible, given the previous delays in this matter.

We requested the Sattva team to provide a complete List of Documents (LOD) and a detailed action plan for the standard HOTO procedure within the next 7 days to enable us to proceed accordingly.

Additionally, please requested them review and address the list of pending issues as outlined below.

Below are the list of Pending Issues:

1. All pending routine maintenance and clubhouse facility issues, including any inefficiencies.

2. Issues concerning parking, security, and seepage in the basement.

3. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) issue.

4. Cauvery Water connection status and deadlines.

5. HT to LT and Elmeasure issues, including DG-related concerns.

6. HOTO procedure readiness for the takeover as of January 1, 2025.

7. Reduction of maintenance charges per square foot, applicable retrospectively and up to December 2024, along with the benefit of GST input credit.
