We regret to inform you that, despite lapse of two months, Sattva Team has failed to meet agreed deadlines. Most issues persist, with Sattva either denying or delaying resolution.
Due to prolonged delays, further waiting is impractical. Consequently, we initiate Handing Over and Taking Over (HOTO) process, pending Sattva Team’s resolution of outstanding issues.
Please find attached the updated Minutes of Meeting with Sattva Team, previously circulated.
