3Meeting with Sattva Developer, Facilities & Elmeasure TeamHad multiple discussions BUT still few important meetings with Sattva Developer and ELMeasure have been cancelled by them. This is to avoid in delaying important works by the developer. We have marked few emails to residents as well to communicate the statuses.

4Successful Completion of Voter ID Camp at Anugraha ApartmentsSuccessfully completed the Voter ID Camp held at the Anugraha Apartments on October 26, 2024. The camp, organized by the team of Mr. Umesh Shetty, BBMP Ex-Corporator, provided a valuable service to our community by helping residents obtain or correct their Voter ID details.

5AAOA requested Builder to Initiate HOTO ProcessThe Anugraha Apartment Owners Association has decided that the HOTO (Handing Over and Taking Over) procedure must begin immediately and be completed as soon as possible, given the previous delays in this matter.

We requested the Sattva team to provide a complete List of Documents (LOD) and a detailed action plan for the standard HOTO procedure within the next 7 days to enable us to proceed accordingly.

Additionally, please requested them review and address the list of pending issues as outlined below.
